FBME Coaching is led by Miriam Waldie, founder of the Miss Fit Bikini Model community and a passionate advocate for women’s confidence, health and personal growth.
With over a decade of experience supporting women through the FBME Journey, Miriam’s approach focuses on building sustainable habits, strengthening routines and helping women feel more confident in their own abilities.
Her coaching style is supportive, encouraging and realistic. Rather than focusing on extremes, the emphasis is on consistency, balance and creating routines that fit into everyday life.
Through coaching, Miriam works with women to develop greater confidence in movement, build stronger foundations for their wellbeing and feel supported as they move toward their personal goals.
